1. When leaving your condo for a trip of one or more nights, turn off the water in your unit.
2. If the weather is freezing, leave some heat on in your absence to prevent frozen pipes.
3. Never leave the washing machine running when you are not home.
4. Use white vinegar and baking soda monthly in your drains to prevent clogs.
5. When discarding boxes, flatten them and place them in the recycling bin, not the compactor.
6. The compactor is for garbage only. Do not dispose of large items in it, as this can cause damage and require costly repairs.

- Parking Permits & Vehicle Requirements: A valid parking pass is required for any vehicle parked in an unmarked space. All vehicles must have current registration and be operational.
- Assigned Parking: Each unit has one covered and one uncovered parking space. Residents are encouraged to use their designated carport to free up unassigned spaces for guests.
- Guest Parking: Guests may park on-site for up to 24 hours unless prior approval is obtained from the Board.
- Prohibited Vehicles: Boats, trailers, RVs, large trucks, and similar vehicles are not allowed in common areas.
- Limited Exception: Owners may use the designated parking area for restricted vehicles up to three times per month, not exceeding 72 hours total. Use of common area electrical outlets for these vehicles is prohibited.
- Enforcement: Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense after a 48-hour written notice from the Board.
